Kate graduated from Flinders University in 2016 and started working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy where she developed a passion for working with women of all life stages. 

Kate loves empowering women to move their bodies and to achieve their goals whether it be in preparation for birth, for recovery or for pelvic floor rehabilitation.  

In her spare time, you will find her going for coffee with her friends, running and playing netball. Talk to her about what lights her up- food and travel, and ask about the 3 P's (pizza, prosecco and Positano).
