The Crèche
For your little loves while you work out.
At our newest location The Gym, we’ve created a welcoming, engaging space for your littlest loves to hang out, while you work out.
The Creche is available during select weekday classes but spots are strictly limited, so make sure you book your babe in before you book yourself - to avoid missing out. Suitable for babies & children aged 0-5 years, now you can focus solely on building a sweat knowing your tiny humans are having fun nearby.
The Crèche Guidelines
If it’s your child’s first time attending The Crèche, please arrive around 5 minutes before your class to register your child and get them settled in.
The minimum accepted age for babies is 6 weeks old & maximum age accepted is 5 years of age.
We ask that sick children or children with colds, flues or other contagious ailments not to be left in The Crèche.
The maximum allowable time for any child to be left in the crèche is 1 hour and the parent must be in The Gym on site during this time.
Only patrons utilising The Gym may leave their child or children in the The Crèche.
No eating will be allowed for safety reasons but a drink will be allowed.
Toys from home will not be permitted into The Crèche.
Bring spare clothes (and nappy) if child is not toilet trained (please note the parent will need to change them).
Parents who brought the child to The Crèche are responsible for picking them up.
Allergies should be advised to Crèche staff.
Your child must have their own account with active Crèche passes at The Gym via our App and must be booked into The Crèche prior to you booking into your class.
How to utilise The Crèche:
To book your child into The Crèche, you must utilise our “book a buddy” system online by creating them an account via our ‘Ivoryrose’ app. The email address cannot be the same as yours, however it doesn't need to be a real email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@creche.ivr). Once you have created their account, please contact our admin team and let us know your little one's full name and email address, and we will link them to your account as a buddy for ease of booking. You can do this by emailing us at admin@ivoryrosephysio.com.au or by calling 0401 569 209.
Once you and your little one are linked as buddies, you can book both of you via your own account - make sure to book your child into The Crèche before you book your own class. All Crèche packs need to be purchased on your child's account, but bookings can be managed through YOUR login or you can contact our admin team and we can organise payment over the phone.
FAQs:
- What if I get into a class from a waitlist and my child isn’t booked into The Crèche?
Check the corresponding Crèche time to see if there are spots for your little one - if there is, text or call us and we can book your child in so you don't lose your spot in the class. Please note that if you are booked into class and your little one is on the waitlist (or vice versa), the standard 9 hour cancellation policy still applies.
- It's saying I'm ineligible to book into the class/creche?
This usually happens if you've purchased the creche pack on your own account instead of your child’s. Give admin a call and we can change the pack over to your child's account and then get you both booked in.
- I have multiple children I want to book into The Crèche, do they each need their own account?
Yes, each child attending must have their own account. This also means that each child will need to have a pass/pack on their account as well.
- Is The Crèche available for me to book my child into when I’m doing a Studio class or having an appointment in clinic?
No, The Crèche is solely available for those attending Gym classes at the same time as a Crèche session.
