Our Norwood based studio, has a considered range of classes that have been consciously designed by our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists with fun, simplicity and effectiveness in mind. We have something to suit every woman, regardless of where she is on her exercise journey.

From the expectant mum looking for a gentle, tailored workout to accommodate her changing body, right through to the empty nester ready to reconnect with her strength.

Each class focuses on strengthening the deep abdominals and pelvic floor, all whilst improving posture, stability and overall health and wellness.

And the good news? Because all of our small group classes are physiotherapy led and backed by evidence, they are claimable on private health insurance under the Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology allowance. Of course, you will have to check with your health funds directly for more information.

 
 

 Why we are different

First and foremost, we keep our classes focused and small to ensure our (very lovely and super skilled) trainers can give you the extra one-on-one attention you need. Every body is unique, so we treat each one as exactly that.

We also keep boredom at bay by using a whole range of techniques including reformer pilates inspired exercises and resistance training to tone, strengthen and tighten up all the wobbly bits.

All of our work outs are pregnancy, postnatal and pelvic floor safe (of course).

We want you to leave with the endorphins pumping, mind and body feeling fit, confident and strong. Connected, in control and loving your body.

Babies up to 12 months are very welcome to come and hang out at our day time sessions. We have about 400 flashy toys to keep your little one (very cleverly) distracted so you can focus 100% on your work-out.

Our trainers are excellent at peek-a-boo, know all the words to Baby Shark and are happy to help with bubs during class. Feel free to bring along a carrier and any other toys/tools to keep your baby happy while you, take care of you.

Pre-Class Assessment

Before booking a class, it is recommended to have an assessment with one of our Physiotherapists to learn of any issues and ensure our classes are appropriate. During the assessment, we will do a Real Time Ultrasound to teach you the correct activation of your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles to get the most from each workout. To be able to claim our classes with private health, we need to assess you every 12 months in clinic.
