Exercise Physiology can help to treat, manage and control painful symptoms of chronic illness and injury. With a consciously tailored program to suit you and your needs, we can help ease pain and increase energy levels, leading to a better quality of life.
Much more than just a personal trainer or gym instructor, our resident Exercise physiologist Sarah is tertiary educated and equipped with a wealth of knowledge around the female body and the incredible benefits exercise has on it - mentally and physically.
Sarah’s approach to Exercise Physiology is much the same as our approach to women’s health. Taking into consideration your lifestyle, current fitness levels and most importantly - your goals, Sarah prescribes safe and effective exercise interventions that aid in rehabilitation, treat health conditions, prevent disease, and ultimately guide and support your body through any life stage.
What is Exercise Physiology?
