Stephanie Rand

(she/her)

Physiotherapist + Group Instructor

With over 12 years of experience, Steph is a highly skilled physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and lymphoedema management. She has a strong passion for Pilates, using it as a powerful tool to build strength and enhance mobility across all life stages. Steph has also trained in Japanese Acupuncture as a Physiotherapist, helping to manage conditions such as insomnia, digestive issues, and chronic headaches or migraines that may not respond to traditional treatment.

In 2024, Steph welcomed her first baby, Maggie—an experience that deeply strengthened her connection to women’s health. Having navigated the challenges and triumphs of pregnancy and childbirth firsthand, she felt an undeniable pull toward supporting women through this transformative stage. She has since expanded her expertise, completing training in pelvic floor management alongside C-section scar therapy through Restore Therapy (UK) to further support postnatal recovery.

By blending her extensive background in musculoskeletal therapy with her growing passion for women’s health, Steph is committed to providing holistic, empowering care—helping women achieve their physical health goals at every stage of life.

Outside of work, you’ll find Steph soaking up time with her little girl, Maggie, running, doing Pilates, collecting indoor plant babies, and traveling with her husband.

Outside of the studio, Jacqui loves to be with her family; running, hiking, reading and traveling.
