Steph is a personal trainer and pilates instructor who has dedicated her career to women’s health and wellness with 11 years of experience in this area. She is passionate about supporting women on their journey to their healthiest self. As an avid coffee, gin and choccy lover, she fully believes in finding the balance and helping others to do so.

Outside of work she is grateful to be a mum to 2 little girls spending her time outdoors adventuring and reliving her country childhood with their myriad of pets.
