Malia Gynell
(she/her)
Physiotherapist + Group Instructor
Graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019, Malia has a background in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy prior to moving into the world of women's health.
Malia has always been interested in how physiotherapy can help to facilitate better movement and quality of life. This interest led her to follow her passion for helping women achieve their health and wellness goals via additional learning and experience in the field of pelvic floor and pregnancy.
Malia also works in the studio and with a gentle and warm nature, she is driven to empower all women to feel strong and connected with their bodies. She aims to bring you a challenging yet fun experience, and values the social aspect of small group classes.
Outside of Ivoryrose, Malia enjoys strength training and running outdoors, especially when followed with coffee! She is a big foodie and loves to hear your recommendations on where to eat out.
