Exercise Physiologist + Group Instructor
Lauren is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Pilates Instructor with a strong group fitness background. During her studies, Lauren completed a Thesis on the role of exercise intervention for blood pressure and cardiovascular disease risk for breast, prostate and colorectal cancer survivors. Lauren has a keen interest in working with musculoskeletal and cardiac conditions, asthma and diabetes management and furthering her certifications and exposure within the cancer domain.
Lauren completed 7 weeks of placement here at Ivoryrose during her Master’s and hasn’t left since! Lauren found her passion for Exercise Physiology after undergoing her own diagnosis and multiple surgeries for compartment syndrome and moved to Adelaide from the Northern Territory to begin her pursuit of helping others with meaningful movement.
Outside the clinic and studio, you’ll find Lauren exploring new coffee and food spots, at the beach on her paddle board, or curled up on the couch watching a movie with her cat, Reggie. She also loves to cook and makes a decent chocolate brownie!

Skill Set: Diabetes management, cardiovascular and respiratory conditions, oncology, pre- and post-natal exercise, pre- and post-operative hip rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions including osteoporosis, lower back pain and knee pain
